Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use the Fatono website or buy from us. They form an agreement between you and Fatono Wellness (legal entity to be confirmed). Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Subscription Terms.

1. Using our site

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or create an account.
• You agree to give accurate information and to keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You agree not to misuse the site — for example by interfering with its security, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful.

2. Products and health information

Our products are dietary supplements designed to support everyday wellness habits. They are not medicines.

• Always read the label and follow the suggested use.
• Speak with your healthcare provider before using supplements if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition.
• Individual results may vary. Customer stories reflect personal experiences, not typical outcomes.

3. Orders and pricing

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email your order confirmation.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was clearly listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.
• Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Promotions apply only during their stated period and cannot be combined unless we say so. Bundle and subscription savings do not stack — the larger saving applies.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. By placing an order you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. For subscriptions, you authorise us to charge it for each renewal until you cancel.

5. Shipping and risk

We ship to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will reship or refund it as described in that policy.

6. Refunds

Our 60-day refund promise is set out in the Refund Policy. It is in addition to your statutory rights.

7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically on the schedule you choose until you skip, pause or cancel. The full rules are in our Subscription Terms.

8. Reviews and content you submit

When you post a review or other content, you confirm it reflects your honest experience and does not include health claims, personal data about others or anything unlawful. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on our site and marketing. We may moderate or remove content that does not follow these rules.

9. Intellectual property

The Fatono name, logo, product designs, photos, text and site design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use such as sharing a link.

10. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep product information accurate, but packaging and formulas can change. Always check the label on the product you receive. Except as required by law, the site is provided "as is".

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where Fatono Wellness (legal entity to be confirmed) is registered, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
